Dick's Beantown Comedy Vault is located in a former bank, and the backdrop to the stage is a 12-foot vault that features pictures of famous Boston comedians. The club is open seven nights a week and seats 85 patrons. Every Sunday evening, the club hosts Boston's Longest Running Comedy Open Mic Night at 9 p.m.

As of 2010, Nick's Comedy Club has been around for almost 30 years and is one of Boston's oldest comedy clubs. Some of the famous comedians who have performed in the club include Jerry Seinfeld, Denis Leary, Dane Cook and Jay Leno. The venue is also available for private parties and events, and can hold up to 500 guests.
