The New York Comedy Club in Boca Raton is comparatively smaller than the Improv, but showcases high-caliber regional and local talent. The New York Comedy Club also occasionally hosts special \"celebrity events, \" which include such performers as Michael Winslow and J.J. Walker. The club is typically open three to four nights a week and has a full bar and kitchen, with service available throughout the show. The last Thursday of every month is open mic night.
