The HaHa Comedy Club attracts veteran comedians, including Andrew Dice Clay, Willie Barcena and Erik Griffin. It also gets celebrity drop-ins like Dave Chappelle, Eddie Murphy and Chris Tucker. In addition to the big names, HaHa Comedy Club has an "Open Mic Fresh Faces Comedy Contest" every Monday, and an open mic night on Thursdays. The club is 18 and over, and has a full restaurant and bar with a two-item minimum.

The Ice House Comedy Club started as a folk music club in 1960. It morphed into a comedy club in the 1970s. Today, it features nationally touring comics like Robert Klein, Brett Butler and D.L. Hughley. The club helps fledgling comedians by offering stand-up comedy and improv comedy classes. As a bonus, all students get to perform a graduation show at the club. Spectators for all shows must be at least 18 and there is a two-drink minimum. The club has an appetizer and sandwich menu.
