How to Uninstall Pro Tools 7.4

Pro Tools is audio production software that allows users to create, edit and manage music records. This platform is compatible with other audio production/editing software and provides improved track mixing capabilities. The 7.4 edition was released for Windows XP. Some users have reported problems uninstalling different versions of this edition using the built-in uninstaller. However, you should use the standard Windows "Add or Remove Programs" feature to uninstall the software.

      Go to the "Start" menu and click "Control Panel."

      Double-click the "Add or Remove Programs" icon.

      Scroll through the list of currently installed programs and click "Pro Tools 7.4."

      Click "Remove" button to start the uninstallation wizard. Click "Uninstall" in the new window.

      Restart your computer when prompted at the end of uninstallation.
