CityFest is an annual event that takes place in Auburn during the last weekend of April. This yearly event features live music, arts and crafts, children's activities and food. The festival takes place in Auburn's Kiesel Park and it supported by The Auburn Heritage Association. Live bands and entertainers perform in the park's entertainment pavilion. Local and regional musicians in the genres of folk-rock and jazz and generally perform at this events. The free festival raises money for nonprofits in the Auburn area.

The event features local vendors, food and a wide variety of live music. Located in Kiesel Park, the event draws local artists with genres ranging from rock, blues, jazz and gospel.
The city of Auburn hosts a yearly 4th of July celebration. Located in Duck Samford Park, this event begins the day with food and live music and finishes the evening with a spectacular fireworks show. Family friendly musicians play songs from the 1960s, '70s, '80s and today. The event is free to the public.
The Sounds of Auburn is an annual musical event that showcases a variety of local student ensembles. Guests can enjoy band music ranging in style from jazz to classical. Regular performers include the Auburn University Marching Band, the Chamber Choir, the Steel Band, the Symphonic Band, the Jazz Band and the Gospel Choir. The concert takes place at the AU Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum and generally costs $5 to $10.
