      Click the "Start" button and highlight the "Programs" category on you PC.

      Select "Windows Media Player" from the list of programs installed on your computer.

      Click the "Switch to Library" button inside of Windows Media Player.

      Select the "Play" tab inside of the Windows Media Player Library.

      Drag the music you want to organize on your computer into the "List" panel.

      Move the music up and down within the list to arrange it to your liking.

      Click "Save List" when finished.
