Pop It: Extend your left arm as far as it can go.
Lock It: Drop to your right and lock it by bending your knees and slightly bending both of your arms.
Polka Dot It: Shuffle with your left foot, and wave your right index finger left to right (as if you are wagging your finger).
Countrify It: Tap your right foot with your right heel, and tap your left foot with your left heel.
Hip-Hop It: Turn your whole body slightly to the left and kick your right foot while bending and crossing both arms over each other. The ending of this move should look as if you are a strong muscle-man posing for a picture.
Hawk In The Sky: Face your whole body to the front, and step to the right by extending your right foot to the right. Cross both of your arms (as if you are the Jeanie in "I Dream of Jeanie"). After crossing both arms, touch the back of one hand with the back of the other hand.
Side to Side: Keep both of your arms crossed over each other and move the arm combination from the left to the right.
Jump to the Left: Scoop your left foot by swinging from the back and simultaneously jump to the left. After you jump, take your right foot and place it where your left foot once was. At this point your whole body will be facing the left side with the left foot behind the right foot. It will look as though you are about to walk to the left.
Stick It and Glide: While facing the front of your body to the left, place both feet right next to each other. Take your left foot and slide it to the left while mildly moving your right foot. While "gliding" stretch both of your arms out to the left and the right.
Zig-Zag Touch: Face your whole body back to the front. Take your right foot and cross it to the left, slightly tap the floor, bring the right foot back to the right, slightly tap the floor, and cross the right foot behind the left leg and touch the right foot with your left hand.
Across the Floor: Place your right foot back onto the floor. Lift your right foot and move it across the floor to the right twice.
Shuffle in Diagonal: Bend both of your arms and lift them up and down while shuffling your feet twice to the right and twice to the left.
Hit The Drum: Turn your left hand into a fist, and bang it while simultaneously kicking with your left foot and repeat this motion with your right hand and your left foot.
180 Twist: Turn your upper body to the right 180 degrees and face your body to the back of the room with both arms placed on hips. Hop three times on your left foot with your arms remaining in the air and place your arms down after you finish turning back around to the front.
Zig-Zag Touch: Drag your right foot as if you are making a line and cross that foot behind your left leg. Tap the right foot with your left hand
Lean It Left: Slide both of your legs and whole body to the left and lean your whole body to the left. While you are leaning to the left, move both of your arms back and forth and pause after moving both arms three times. In addition, while leaning to the left slightly bend your right leg.
Clap Three Times: After leaning to the left, bend forward and clap three times while slowly rising back up.
Shake It Out: Touch your shoulders with the tip of your fingers and wiggle your upper body while turning 360 degrees.
Throw It All Together: Place your right arm in front while bending your waist and cross your right ankle over your left. When the lyrics say "that's how we roll" take both of your arms and throw them up in the air while looking up at the ceiling.
Repeat steps 1-19 according to the song until it is over!
