Some of the biggest names in comedy have performed at Side Splitters in downtown Knoxville. Headliners, such as Pauly Shore, often perform several nights in a row while on tour, preceded by a line-up of local stand-up comedians. In general, each act is about 10 to 15 minutes. The club presents themed nights for holidays, fundraisers and hosts a rotating open mic night. A full bar snack menu featuring sandwiches and bratwursts is available. The club requires a minimum two item purchase per person, and the age minimum for entry is 18.
