Instructions

    • 1

Peel a banana to separate the peel from the edible part of the fruit.

    • 2

Put your CD on a clean, flat surface with its read/write surface facing upward.

    • 3

Rub the edible portion of the banana over the entire read/write surface of your CD.

    • 4

Take the banana peel and wipe it over the entire read/write surface of your CD. As you do so, the waxy residue from the peel, along with the residue from the banana, clean and polish the surface of the CD.

    • 5

Spray glass cleaner onto a soft cloth and wipe the banana residue off the CD's read/write surface.

    • 6

Allow the CD to dry completely before testing it.
