How to Submit a Story for Extreme Makeover

"Extreme Makeover" was a show on ABC that ran from 2002 to 2007. It is no longer being produced. "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" started in 2003 and is still being produced as of 2010. If you know of a family that wants to be considered for an extreme home makeover, you can submit an application by downloading it from the show's website and mailing it in.

Instructions

      Visit the ABC Extreme Makeover Home Edition website.

      Locate the link that says "print out our application" on the top of the screen.

      Right-click on the link and click "Save Link As." Choose a location on your hard drive where you want to save the file.

      Locate the file on your hard drive and double-click on it. It will open in Adobe Reader. Click "File" and "Print" in Adobe Reader.

      Fill out the application.
