How to Render a Video for a DVD
There are a lot of file formats when working with audio and visual files. The formats get even more complicated across the PC and Mac platforms, and it doesn't help that there are so many different programs for each platform that can be used to edit and render video. When exporting video files, it is important to know what file formats are the best quality for your specific purpose. In the case of burning a DVD, the best and easiest format to use is MPEG2.
