How to Convert Grainy Video to DVD

Older videos recorded on VHS or 8mm video formats can look pretty rough compared with the new high definition standards. Perhaps you have a library of older tapes that need to be preserved so future generations can enjoy the memories. Transferring these tapes to DVDs can help keep the tapes looking good for years to come. With a USB video capture device and video enhancer, you can improve the video quality and use your computer to transfer the tapes to DVD.
