Upload your media files. Gather all videos, pictures and audio you plan to use for the presentation and upload them to the presentation website. Most presentation creators allow you to organize the video into easily manageable clips. The clips can be organized however you want. Split them up into smaller clips by selecting Edit -> split clip.
Create a time line of events. Presentation editors have a time line that clients use to organize their video from start to finish. Drag and drop the video clips and pictures into the time line in the order you want them to appear. Play through the video to ensure that every scene is in the right place.
Insert presentation slides and edit your clips. Drag and drop blank slides into the time line at the points you want them. Double click on the slide to edit its text or to add pictures to it. To edit the length of video clips, select the clip in the time line then click edit -> edit clip. Clip editors may also allow you to add transitions between your clips. Add fade in/out, wipes and other transitions throughout your presentation as you see fit.
Insert the audio and music tracks in the video. Most time lines have multiple audio tracks running alongside the video clips. Drag and drop your music clips into the audio track at the point you want them to start. Adjust the audio length by clicking and dragging the end of the clip. Import sound effects by selecting File -> import -> import audio.
Export the video presentation. Most video editors have a button called "share" or "export." Select that button and then choose whether you want to export the video as a .mov, .swf, .wmv, or .flv format. You can also choose to share the video through social media sites like Facebook. To do this, copy and paste the embedded video link from the video editor into your Facebook profile status bar.
