Country Dance Clubs in New Hampshire

For those looking to Boot Scootin' Boogie or perhaps just do a Texas two-step with someone special there are a handful of country dance clubs throughout New Hampshire. Mosey on in, but be ready to kick the mud off your boots, work up a sweat under that cowboy hat and dance the night away.
  1. Midnight Rodeo Bar

    • The Midnight Rodeo Bar is located on the outskirts of the state's largest city. The doors open every Saturday night at 7 p.m., with a cover charge of $10. For those who may not be well versed in the art of line dancing, lessons are available from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. By 9 p.m. be ready to dance your boots off to the sound of live music until 12:30 a.m.

    Circle 9 Ranch and Campground

    • The long red barn at the Circle 9 Ranch and Campground offers live country music and dancing every Saturday night. If you want to enjoy a cold beer in between steps, you will need to bring your own because the ranch does not serve alcohol. The facility was awarded "Dance Hall of the Year" by the New Hampshire Country Music Association. For those not ready to chasse, weave or shuffle step the ranch offers line dancing lessons for $6 per person to couples as well as individuals every Tuesday night.

    Mill A-Round Dance Center

    • Not ready to pony up and dance in front of pros? Take a two-step or line dance lesson at the Mill A-Round Dance Center in Manchester. Beginner and intermediate lessons are offered weekly for $8 per person. Looking to brush up on your line dancing? Stop by after 8 p.m. on Thursday nights for open dance.
