How to Use Acorn Art Systems

Professional and at-home framers use Acorn Art Systems to hang framed artwork and photography from walls. The Acorn Art System offers consumers three different types of systems: one for regular-sized work, one for heavier works and one for smaller works. The company also offers its Miracle Picture Chord, which comes in several widths and does not stretch when holding up pictures on the wall. Use the Acorn Art System if you have several pictures to hang or need something permanent.

Instructions

    • 1

Attach two quick-clips onto opposite corners of the picture frame. You want the quick clips positioned at the top of the artwork.

    • 2

Screw in each quick-clip at about a 45-degree angle. You want the screwed-in part of the quick-clips to be facing downward, toward the inside of the frame.

    • 3

Knot one end of the Miracle Picture Chord. A simple knot is all that's needed.

    • 4

Slide the chord through the slit in one of the quick-clips until the knot catches, making it secure.

    • 5

Measure out the cord you need so that it reaches to the other quick-clip. Cut off as much cord as needed and knot the other end. Slide it through the second quick-clip to secure it.
