Did emily rossom do her own singing phantom of the opera?

Emmy Rossum did not sing her own songs for the 2004 film adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera. Her singing voice was provided by Sarah Brightman, who originated the role of Christine Daaé in the original London production of the musical.
