The St. Louis Comedy Club brings in young comedic talent, while the Paper Slip Theatre company is available to come to you during your vacation or business stay. The West Port Comedy Club is a longstanding club that brings smiles to St. Louis and offers some great deals for the college and military crowd.
  1. West Port Funny Bone

    • West Port offers a variety of fun and laughs throughout the week. Every Tuesday, comedian Matt Behrens hosts \"The Good, The Bad and the Ugly,\" an open mic night to allow amateur comedians take to the stage. On Wednesday, college and military night allows for college students and military personnel into the club for just $1. The West Port is open seven days per week, and there are two shows each Friday and three shows on Saturday.

    STL House of Comedy

    • The House of Comedy has relocated to Washington Avenue recently but still offers popular comedic acts and its signature 12-inch hoagies. In addition to comedic talent coming through the doors, the House Hoagie is offered in a variety of choices, including corned beef, turkey and ham. After you fill your stomach, catch comedians from across the country. Unless otherwise notified, all shows are for ages 21 or over. Some general admission is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Shows are held daily at 8, 8:30, 10 and 10:30 p.m., as of 2010, and reservations are available online.

    Paper Slip Theatre, Inc.

    • The Paper Slip Theatre is a mobile comedy troupe that visits local businesses, hotels and social groups. The theatre provides a full improv show that resembles the British comedy game show, \"Whose Line Is It Anyway?\" Three to five actors and a musician will play to local business meetings, college entertainment, children events and more. The show fees are dependent on comedians and type of show. The Paper Slip will do shows within 50 miles of the St. Louis area.
