The Comedy Club hosts nationally known comics, but on Thursdays, The Comedy Showcase Series highlights newer comics who are building their careers. Five performances are offered each week. The club has one show on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. and two shows each on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 and 10 p.m. All shows are for mature audiences only. Patrons must be 17 or older to enter. Seventeen-year-old patrons may attend shows if a parent or guardian attends the show with them. Patrons must be 21 to drink. The club serves food and alcohol.

Located in Rochester, Village Idiots is devoted to improvisational comedy. The club offers a show at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The show content is considered PG-13. In addition to the regular shows, the club hosts special events such as the Improv Elimination, where the audience scores performers and Improv Cypher, where two improv teams compete against each other. Village Idiots also offers comedy classes for adults and teenagers and holds auditions to spot new talent to add to the troupe.

Wise Guys is a restaurant and comedy club located in downtown Syracuse. The club hosts nationally known comedians on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Dinner packages include dinner for two and two tickets to the show. Guests can also opt to purchase a show ticket only. The club has no drink minimum, but patrons must be 21 to watch the performances. The show room is separate from the bistro, which is a full service restaurant open to all ages. The club hosts special events such as an amateur night and a comedy festival.
