Fostex MR-8 Instructions

The Fostex MR-8 is a digital multitracker made with the enthusiastic amateur in mind. Multitrack recording is when you record different elements of a song on different tracks. This makes it far easier to splice, mix and otherwise change your music in post-production. With the MR-8, musicians can record their music far more effectively and clearly than they could with lower-end recording gear (such as MP3 players), but it is not as expensive or high-tech as professional equipment. Basically, the Fostex MR-8 is a halfway point.
