How to Get Hissing Out of a Recording With Cakewalk

Eliminate background hissing in Cakewalk with a noise reduction plug-in. Depending on the location of your studio, the equipment you use, or the environment you record in, it is difficult to avoid background noise in your recordings. Cakewalk is able to work with third-party noise reduction programs to remove background noise. A noiseprint is created during a portion of the recording where it is the most silent, allowing the noise reduction program to create a signature of the background noise and remove it from the entire track.
