Formerly known as White Room, Eve is one of the few clubs with an 18-and-over policy for guys and girls on the weekend. This Miami club hosts an eclectic range of music, from hip hop and reggae nights to gothic and industrial events, so it is worthwhile checking what is going on in advance. The cover charge is normally higher for those under 21, although some mid-week events charge no cover.

A Latin music icon on the Miami club scene, Kaffe Krystal attracts major acts and DJs from the Latin music scene. It has also branched out and combines salsa, merengue and reggaeton with hip hop, house and techno. However, with the club split in to two parts, the Latin vibe is always maintained inside Tabu, the smaller of the two parts, which also hosts live bands. It is open from Wednesday to Sunday and generally operates an 18-plus door policy, although it is 21-plus on Saturday nights.

South Beach clubs are all 21-plus by law, but a number of the downtown clubs allow girls 18 and over on the weekend, while still enforcing 21-plus restrictions on guys. These include Space, as well as Bongos, Nocturnal, Karu & Y and 90 degree. Clubs such as Transit Lounge, Liv and Grand Central have occasional 18-plus nights, despite usually being 21-and-over venues.
