Miami Goth Clubs

Miami is for not only retirees and spring break vacations. The city is also home to a vibrant techno and dance scene and hosts the Winter Music Conference (the largest dance event in the world), Ultra Music Festival and many electronica music-themed celebrations and festivals. Miami is home to famous nightclubs and is considered a "hot spot" for dance music. The Florida city offers several clubs for the alternative/gothic/BDSM lifestyle looking for music, clubs and events.
  1. The Kitchen

    • The Kitchen at Broadway Billiards is one of Miami’s best goth clubs. The party takes place every Saturday night from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. The club features music such as 80s retro, progressive hits, new wave, EBM, future pop, synth pop and electro splash. DJs include well-known names such as 16Bit, Neph, Zen-O-Byte and St. Germain. The cover charge is $7, but ladies arriving before midnight pay no cover charge. The venue welcomes anyone 18 and up.     The Morgue

    • The Morgue at Club Ozone in South Miami is one of the area’s hottest clubs. This New Wave lounge features music such as combinations of electro-clash, dark wave, industrial, New Wave, synth pop, 80s retro, future pop, progressive hits and gothic sound. The DJ is regular Dracula’s Daughter along with a guest DJ for the night. The Morgue welcomes those 18 and up. The cover charge is $6 and drinks are two for one on all well drinks and domestic beers.     Resistance

    • Since the club’s grand opening in 2009 the parties keep going on Saturday nights. Resistance opens its doors at 10 p.m., and the cover charge is $7. The club DJs, Lady Anime and Phistmi, spin music in genres such as industrial, classic goth, death rock, cyber goth, synth pop, EBM, obscure 80s,dark wave, new romantic, punk, minimal and more. Occasionally guest DJs help spin the eclectic music mix. The venue offers safe, free parking and two-for-one drinks all night long.
