WE Fest is a country music festival held annually at the Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. WE Fest includes such artists as Brad Paisley, the Charlie Daniels Band, Sugarland, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Willie Nelson, Rascal Flatts, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, along with many others. Camping is a major part of the WE Fest experience, 24-hour medical and security services are provided, as are fresh water and trash collection.
Bonnaroo is a music and arts festival held annually on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee. Rock 'n' roll is the prominent music of Bonnaroo, however other contemporary music such as jazz, Americana, electronica and hip-hop are included as well. Such artists as Eminem, Arcade Fire, Lil Wayne, The Strokes, My Morning Jacket, the Black Keys and more appear at Bonnaroo. Bonnaroo also includes camping and attractions such as an onsite cinema, beer festival, theater performers, silent disco and a classic arcade.
Summer Camp is a music festival that began in 2001 at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, Illinois. Since the festival began it has grown to over 10,000 attendees, with over 50 bands on five stages over four days. Past artists to perform at Summer Camp include the Flaming Lips, Willie Nelson, Les Claypool, the Roots and more. Aside from music and camping for grownups, Summer Camp also offers a kids camp, which offers activities for children such as face painting, water fun, jewelry making and more.
Wakarusa is an annual four-day music and camping festival, held at Mulberry Mountain in Ozark, Arkansas. The event started in 2004 and has since featured over 100 artists and drawn attendees from all 50 states and several countries. The music at Wakarusa is diverse and eclectic, with lineups featuring such artists as My Morning Jacket, Mumford & Sons, Bassnectar, Wookiefoot, John Brown's Body, Rebelution, Buckethead, Thievery Corporation and more.
