The Broken Spoke is a traditional country music dance club. Voted "Best Country Dance Hall in the Nation" by Entertainment magazine, this club features live country music from area favorites. Many in the sports and entertainment industry have stopped at this club to experience the traditional Texas honky-tonk environment.
Broken Spoke serves food, cocktails, and beer and is open from 9 a.m. to midnight Tuesday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. on weekend nights. There is typically a cover charge for most nights and dance lessons are held often.

Just east of Interstate 35 is one of Austin's largest county nightclubs. With a 2,000 square foot solid oak dance floor, this modern nightclub used to be a lumberyard. Famous for its pitchers of beer and music, the club features a DJ playing country music and live country acts on Friday nights.
Midnight Rodeo is open from Thursday to Saturdays from 7 or 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Cover charges range from $5 to $10 per person, and the club features nightly drink specials. The club is available Monday through Wednesdays for private parties. Tickets for Friday night concerts can be purchased in advance on the club's website.
