How to Convert Windows Media Cover Art to iTunes

Many audio files purchased from music sites on the World Wide Web or downloaded from file-sharing sites across the Internet have cover art attached to them that can be displayed in music players like iTunes or portable digital media players like the iPod or iPhone. With a little patience and a few free shareware programs, the cover art can be extracted from the audio file such as Windows Media Audio or MP3 and converted to cover art that can be used in iTunes.
