How to Convert Wma to Wav Format

You can convert Windows Media Audio, or WMA, to the WAV format using Windows Media Player, which comes installed on all Windows computers. However, because Windows Media Player does not offer a "Convert To" function, you must burn the WMA files to a CD and then rip them from the CD in the WAV format to convert them.

Things You'll Need

  • Computer with CD burner
  • Windows Media Player
  • Blank CD-R
