Instructions

  1. Using Furniture Polish

    • 1

Take a can of furniture polish and spray some onto a soft cloth.

    • 2

Take the cloth with polish and rub the surface of the CD or disk you would like to recover. While polishing, start at the center of the disk and work your way to the outside edge. Doing so will polish the scratches on the surface of your CD or disk and allow it to be read by a CD player or computer.

    • 3

Take another (clean) cloth and dampen it with rubbing alcohol. Then clean the surface of your CD or disk with this cloth. Allow your CD to dry before inserting it into a CD player or computer.
