Insert a blank CD into your computer's CD burner drive.
Select which compilation method you wish to use from the subsequent options displayed. The "Live File System" allows you to store MP3s and remove them from the disc at a later date. The "Mastered" system allows you to compile MP3 files to the disc, but they cannot be removed. However, they will be fully compatible with most computers and CD/DVD players.
Go to "Start" and open the folder that has the MP3 files you wish to compile.
Copy and paste (or click and drag) all chosen MP3 files into the CD drive. This entry is typically named "CD/RW Drive" or carries a similar identity.
Right-click the CD burner drive and select "Burn to Disc." Name your MP3 compilation from the "Disc Title" section.
Select a recording method from the "Recording Speed" section. Click "Next" to start the MP3 compilation. Click "Close" once the procedure finishes.
