Contact JBL at 1-800-8JBLPRO and ask the customer service representative to look up the warranty validation on your unit. You will need to provide the serial number for your unit and the date of purchase. The warranty will give you free repair for your unit.
Ask the customer service representative if there are any authorized service technicians in your area. This will save you time and money, if the only other option is to mail the unit directly to JBL. If there are no service technicians in your area, tell the customer service representative that you need to ship your unit to them for servicing. You must have prior approval before shipping.
