Gather together all the information you will need, such as name, address, unit model and serial number of your Gigman, place and date of purchase and a description of the problem.
Call a technician at VocoPro at 800-678-5348. Go through the troubleshooting process to determine whether the fix is simple or requires a repairman.
If the fix will require a repairman, the technician at VocoPro will offer you two possible options: Authorized Service Centers or return it to the factory for repair.
If you choose the Authorized Service Center option, check out the list of Service Centers available on the VocoPro website. There are numerous locations throughout the United States. Pick the repair facility closest to you, contact them, and follow their instructions for shipping. Please allow four to six weeks for repair and delivery.
If you choose to return the unit to the factory, the technician will issue you a RA number. Prepare your unit for shipping. You will also need to supply a copy of the original purchase receipt. You will be responsible for shipping both ways. VocoPro recommends that you also insure your package. If you double-box your package, it will also help prevent loss or damage.
