Log onto the official Web site for the TVU network (see Resources below).
Click the “Downloads” link found at the bottom of the screen.
Select “TVUPLAYER V” to download the TVU Player onto your computer. The version will change as updates for the player are made available. You will be taken to a new Web page after selecting the link.
Click the large green button with “Download” written inside of it to open the download box for the TVU Player. Download and install the TVU Player onto your computer.
Restart your computer if necessary to finalize the installation of the TVU Player.
Open the TVU Player.
Choose a station to watch. You can do this by scrolling through all of the networks currently streaming on TVU. To do this, select the “All” tab at the top of the TVU Player. Then, scroll down the list of stations found on the left side of the player. To search through a particular genre of stations, select the appropriate tab at the top of the TVU Player. If you're looking for a football game, for example, select the “Sports” tab at the top of the TVU Player. Then, scroll through the networks found on the left side of the player.
Click on the appropriate network you wish to watch. That network will begin streaming in the TVU Player.
