Go to websites that sells adjustable LCD television stands. If you don't know of any of these websites, do a search for them by going to a search engine and typing in "adjustable LCD television stand." One company that sells these stands online is Premier Mounts, whose website is premiermounts.com (see References).
Buy the LCD television stand that is right for you. Consider the pricing of each stand that you find, whether the stand will fit your television, and the look of the stand. To buy an LCD television stand online, you'll need to enter your credit card information and your mailing address so the stand can be sent to you.
Open the box that was sent to you which contains the adjustable television stand. Look at the operator's manual and make sure all of the parts were included in the package that was sent to you. If anything is missing, contact the company that sold you the television stand and ask them to send you the missing parts.
Put the adjustable stand together. This process is different for every stand, but it should entail mounting a vertical column to a base, which sits on the ground or a flat surface, with bolts or screws that will be provided. You will also likely be attaching horizontal bars to the vertical column with bolts or screws, and these bars will move up and down.
Mount your LCD television to the horizontal bars that you've just attached to the vertical column. This mounting may entail using screws, bolts, or some other device.
Raise your LCD television a few inches once it is mounted.
