Visit the Wheel of Fortune website.
Click on the tab labeled "Contestants." Scroll down the list and click on the link "Be A Contestant."
Press the icon that relates to your age group. Choose from "Adult Registration," "College Contestant Registration" or "Teen Registration."
Complete the application form specific to your age group. Include your name, address, email address and gender. Also answer the questions located at the end of the form. Read the eligibility information to the right of the application form to make sure you're eligible to be a contestant.
Choose the icon labeled "Submit" to send your application form.
Show up to the final audition process to be chosen as a contestant. The corporate office of "Wheel of Fortune" will contact you if your application form has been accepted to move on to the final audition. You will play a non-televised game with other contestant applicants to see how you react when put on the spot. Winners are chosen to be on the show.
