How to Buy Redbox DVD Movies

Finding A Movie

• After entering the Redbox's website (redbox.com), click on the tab located at the upper right corner labeled "Buy A Movie". This should lead to a page with Redbox recommendations for DVD purchases as well as popular titles, box sets, and movies that will soon be released to Redbox. You can browse the available DVDs by genre or searched by UPC, cast and crew, title and subtitle, or genre keyword.

Adding a Movie to Cart

• After finding the appropriate DVD, click on the photo of the DVD or the title of the movie. This will lead to a page that provides details about the release date, actors, length of the film, MPAA rating, and shipping weight. Click the red button that reads "Add to Cart". Repeat the movie search if you want to buy more than one movie.

Purchasing a DVD

• After selecting all desired DVDs, click on the tab that reads "Shopping Cart", which should be located just beneath the larger red tab that reads "Find A Redbox". The subsequent page asks returning customers to sign in, but allows new customers to bypass this by clicking the "Sign In As Guest" button.

  After signing in either as a returning customer or as a guest, the redbox.com displays the contents of the shopping cart. Review the contents in the shopping cart and make adjustments as necessary by removing DVDs, continuing to shop for DVDs, or by clicking the button "Checkout Now".

  At this point Redbox will require registration, which asks for a name, email address, and a password. After filling in the required fields and clicking the "Register" button, the website will provide spaces to enter shipping information. If not a returning customer, click "Save New" after filling out this information.

  The website will then request billing information. Click the button "Billing Address Same As Shipping" if the billing and shipping address are identical; if not, fill out the required fields of the billing address before clicking "Continue".

  The final page will request payment information as well as desired shipping method. When these fields have been accurately filled out and reviewed, clicking on the button "Send Your Order" will create a receipt of the purchase and give you estimated shipping and arrival dates.
