How to Copy a Camera Movie From My Desktop To a DVD

Video cameras, also known as camcorders, are portable devices commonly used to create video footage of important occasions. These cameras create movies in various file formats such as DV, MPEG-2 and AVCHD, but these file types cannot necessarily be viewed on all common media players such as computers or DVD players. In order for these movies to be viewed on such media players, the files need to be converted in to a more common movie format. If your video is saved on your desktop, you can convert it in to a DVD using AVS Video Converter.
