How to Reinterleave an AVI File

The AVI file format is a video file that includes a video and audio file inside it. If these files become out of sync, they need to be reinterleaved, or reencoded. Once the reencode finishes, the file's audio will be synced up with the video. There is only one program that does this without any problems. Unfortunately, it's going to cost you some money.
