How to Copy Movies for Home Use

Creating a copy of your favorite movie onto the hard disk of your PC gives you access to it immediately. It also protects the movie if the DVD gets lost or damaged. Due to the copy protection on DVDs, you must use special software to copy a movie to the hard disk. Create copies only of movies that you own, because it is a violation of copyright laws to duplicate movies that you do not own.
