The only movie theater in Cullman, this theater is just off of Alabama 69, which branches southwest off US 31. There are different prices offered for adults depending on whether the film is a matinee or evening showing, but child prices are the same. Stimulus Tuesdays allow patrons to purchase special concessions for $1. If a film is offered in 3D, there will be a surcharge tacked on to the ticket. If dinner and a movie are in the cards, there are fast-food choices within a mile of the theater, such as Zaxby's, Taco Bell and Chick-Fil-A.
Those looking for an outdoor movie experience can travel south on I-65 approximately 25 miles from Cullman and then east another 10 miles to the Boogie Bottoms complex. There is a playground with moon walks and basketball to enjoy before the show, and the complex also offers birthday and group parties. The drive-in operates double features from May to August, on Friday and Saturday nights.
Another branch of the Carmike chain is in Decatur, about 40 miles northwest of Cullman, and southeast of downtown Decatur.
