How to Send Back Netflix Movies

When a large portion of your business hinges upon the expectation that customers will return your item, the return process must be as simple as possible. Netflix strives to keep the process simple for customers to return DVDs by sending a red return Netflix envelope with each movie. The process gets slightly trickier if you accidentally lose the envelope or the white disc jacket, but you can still return the movie without much hassle.

      Insert the DVD into the white disc jacket and place the jacket into the red Netflix envelope. Place the envelope in your mailbox. The postage is prepaid.

      Insert two Netflix DVDs in one white disc sleeve if you misplaced a disc sleeve. If you misplaced the red envelope, and do not have another red envelope, insert the Netflix DVD in the white sleeve. Secure the white sleeve in a large envelope. Mail the envelope from your local United States Postal Service office to:

      Place the DVD in a large envelope if you misplaced both the disc jacket and red Netflix envelope. Write the email address associated with your Netflix account on a piece of paper and include it with the disc. Send the envelope to the above address.
