How to Subtitle on Netflix
Netflix is a service that allows you to watch movies from the comfort of your home without having to go to the video store or to return the movies afterward. Netflix offers two types of movies: ones that it delivers to your door and others that you can stream instantly off the Internet with your account. However, Netflix has not enabled subtitles on most of the "Watch Instantly" movies, but as of 2010, the company is looking to within the next year.

Order a DVD version of a movie from Netflix if you need subtitles with the movie and if it is an English-language movie. Only foreign-language movies have subtitles currently available on Netflix's "Watch Instantly."

Wait for the disc to be mailed to you, and put it in your appropriate player, whether it be a DVD player attached to a television or a computer.

Select "Settings," "Options," or "Features" in the main menu and then select "Subtitles." Choose the language you wish for the subtitles.
