Charmander is a Fire-type starter Pokemon found in the Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen games. It's not available in the Sinnoh region, which is the setting for Pokemon Pearl.
However, you can obtain other Fire-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pearl, such as:
* Chimchar: This is the Fire-type starter Pokemon you can choose at the beginning of the game.
* Ponyta: You can find Ponyta in the Grand Underground.
* Magby: You can find Magby in the Grand Underground.
If you really want to get a Charmander, you can try trading with someone who has a Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen game.
