The Rowdyruff Boys first meet the Powerpuff Girls in the very first episode of the show, "The Powerpuff Girls".
They are created by Mojo Jojo as an attempt to defeat the Powerpuff Girls and are initially shown wreaking havoc on Townsville before facing off against the girls for the first time.
