Grand Victoria Casino is open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. In other words, this casino club closes for just two hours every morning for cleanup and club maintenance. Grand Victoria Casino does not have a cover charge. It even takes pride in offering free admission to guests and doesn't require reservations. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will have to show identification in the gaming area. Though Grand Victoria Casino is a docked casino boat that never sets sail, it is handicap accessible. The club offers a handicap parking lot and even a handicap-accessible blackjack table. Table limits range from a $5 minimum on roulette to a $10 minimum on three card poker, craps and Caribbean stud poker, topping off at a $20 minimum on blackjack. Grand Victoria Casino recently brought in an entire room of Texas hold ‘em tables, which are located on the lower level. Six tables are open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily. Valet parking is $5.
