Rumba is a combined restaurant and night club with a distinctly Latin flair. Rumba opens earlier than many night clubs---5 p.m. to midnight Tuesday through Thursday; 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. Saturday (Rumba is closed on Sundays and Mondays)--because of its unique combination of restaurant and dance club.
Rumba creates Latin American fusion dishes, combing the best of Cuban, Peruvian, Puerto Rican, Argentinian and Mexican food with Spanish favorites like rice and seafood. Beyond the food, Rumba features live music at night from Wednesday through Saturday, hosting bands that specialize in cha cha, salsa and Latin jazz. Dancers can dance away to meringue and salsa, and those who have never had the experience can take free salsa lessons on Fridays from 9 to 10 p.m.
