    Chicago Photography Academy

    • Digital photography is the focal point of study at Chicago Photography Academy (CPA). The academy offers beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in digital photography in one-day, two-day and four-week sessions. No lab fees or extra material requirements makes CPA more more economically feasible than some of the smaller centers. CPA provides computer classes that relate to photography like Adobe Lightroom A-Z. Specialty workshops that focus on a specific genre of photography are also available at CPA.

    Chicago Photo Center

    • Chicago Photo Center (CPC) provides free basic workshops for those interested in photography, but who may not be sure where to start. CPC also has three levels of classes: basic, intermediate and advanced. Some of CPC's advanced classes include History of Photography, Street Photography and Photojournalism. Specialized workshops that cover location lighting, matting and other skills related to photography are offered as well.
