How to Fold a Melissa & Doug Easel

When considering a gift for a child, it is a good idea to look for something educational or something that enhances creativity. One item that does such things is the Melissa and Doug Easel. This is a standing easel with a chalkboard on one side and a dry erase board on the other side. This easel is simple to fold.

Instructions

    • 1

Face the dry erase board side of the easel.

    • 2

Grasp both of the red locking bars on the sides of the easel. There is one on each side.

    • 3

Unlock the bars by placing fingers on the underside of the bars and pushing upwards. The bars should begin to fold.

    • 4

Once bars have unlocked, the easel will fold easily.
