Go to Gickr.com. Click the "Browse" button to search for your photos on your drive. If you prefer, click on the blue "Use Pictures from Flickr" or "Convert YouTube Video" links to choose your images instead. If you choose Flickr, type the Flickr tag and your user name in the appropriate spaces on the next page. If you choose YouTube, paste the URL of the video you wish to use in the appropriate space on the following page. For any of these options, click on the word "Continue" on the bottom right and you will be taken to your finished product. There you will be given the option to share on a variety of social networks.
Go to Pazoen.com and click on "Create Graphic." Then click "Browse" to find your image and "Upload" it. On the following page, you will see a "Preview" of your image. Underneath it you will see buttons with a variety of animation options. Click any of these buttons, then click on the area of the picture to which you want to add the animation. The animation will be added to the picture right away. Hit the "Undo" icon if you wish to undo anything or click "Reset" to start over. Once you are satisfied with your image, click the "Save" button on the left of the image. You will have to wait a minute or two while the system generates your new image. Once it is ready, you will see the link "Click Here to Continue." You will see your new image and have the option to copy the code for it or post it directly to any of various of social networks.
Go to Photobucket.com. Click on the green "Upload Now" button at the top of the page. Select where you are "uploading from" and "uploading to" using the gray drop-down menus. Click the "Select Photos and Videos" button in the center. Once you have your picture in front of you, move your cursor to the top of the picture and a toolbar will appear. Stop at "Edit" and click on the last option on the drop-down menu, "See Much More." Click on the "Animations" tab at the top of the next page. Click on one of the animation icons that come up above your picture, then click on the spot you want the animation to appear on your picture. Once you are satisfied, click "Save a Copy" below the picture.
