Open your drawing software. Draw around the area you want to glitterize using either the "Magic Wand" or the "selector Tool."
Fill the selected area with a background.
Go to "Add/Remove Noise" under the Adjust tab. A pull down menu will open. Choose "Add Noise" and "Monochrome."
Click on "File" and "Save as." A new window will appear. Choose the image destination and give it a name "glitter1." Save the image as a ".gif" file and click "OK."
Undo the noise and select ''Add Noise" again. Choose a different setting with a different percentage or noise.
Save the new file as "glitter2.gif" in the same folder as the first image.
Repeat the same steps a third time with a different noise setting than the two other files.
Open a new image in your MSPaint. You can also go to "Start" at the bottom-left of your screen, click on "All Program," and then click on "Accessories." Select "Paint."
Click on "Text" tool and write a word, then select the area around the word and click "Copy."
Open a new blank image. Make your background by drawing random motifs on the page.
Click "Paste" to paste your word on top of your background and go at the bottom of the page and click on "Set Transparency." Choose the text color as transparent.
Go to "File" and click "Save as." Save the image as "glitter1." Use the ".bmp" extension.
Undo "Paste" and move the word around. Go to "File" and click "Save as." Save the image as "glitter2.bmp." Repeat the same steps until you get a third image.
Open the freeware Giffy. Click "Load BMP." Under "GIF Options, tick the "transparency" box.
Open Unfreez. Unfreez is a free animation software.
Open the folder where you put your glitter files. Select the files and drag them into Unfreez's main window. Change the setting to 10ms per frame.
Click on "Make Animation Gif" an give your animation a name. Select the output folder and click "Save."
