Each year, the town of Prescott sponsors the Family Arts Festival in the spring and the Fall for the Arts Festival in the autumn. The Family Arts Festival offers an art show featuring the works of budding young local artists. Festivities include displays of student art, art demonstrations, performances by local youth drama and musical groups, and an art auction to benefit an arts scholarship fund at a local high school. The Fall for the Arts festival draws an annual crowd of more than10,000 visitors and features over 100 exhibitions. The festival offers arts and crafts, a juried art show, musical entertainment and kids' activities. See photography, painting, wood, fiber arts, glass, basketry, jewelry, collage, metalwork and many more styles, according to the event website.
