In what episode did Christopher Pike appear as Captain of the Enterprise?

Christopher Pike has never appeared as Captain of the Starship Enterprise in live action on TV or in the movies. Only Jeffrey Hunter and Anson Mount have played Pike when he was Captain of the original Enterprise.
